  • As a Cantonese who lives in Los Angeles (one of the biggest China towns in the world) for over 10 years, I am pretty sure that I am qualified for rating a Chinese buffet restaurant in Phoenix area. The only plus thing I have to give to them is they serve Cantonese style hot pot, which you put the raw meat and vegetable inside by yourself and you can choose whatever sauce you want to dip for your food. It causes extra 3 dollars (I forgot) for hot pot but you can also get the all you can eat buffet too.
