  • avoid avoid avoid! this was the worst "property management" company i have ever had to deal with. the office staff was rude disrespectful and useless. they refused to return phone calls and would only respond to emails, which was very rare. the "receptionist" or "office manager" was always "too busy" to answer any questions and would continuously tell me to email. to the owners of homes looking for a new property manager you are better off doing it yourself. this "company" does nothing for the home owners except cause problems! avoid this so called "company"
