  • We ordered a Palliser leather sofa on Sep 6, 2015 and received it in about 30 days. After delivery we noticed that the leather on the left end of the sofa was all bunched up. After going back to the store they gave us the name of their administrative support person who said that that is common with leather. That was not so with the model we saw and we were told that the manufacturer would not do anything. It was clearly "sloppy" workmanship. Both the manufacturer and the store refused to do anything but offer us the name of a leather technician that could fix it. Thanks a "bunch". We will not go back to Salt Creek Furniture and their wonderful customer support.
