  • My fiancee and I were looking to trade my car in for a different used car. We had been to 5 dealerships before we came to Park Place. Some of the experiences before then were bad, and others were not notable. However, our experience at Park Place Infiniti was nothing short of outstanding. I couldn't get away from work the night we planned to meet at the dealership, so my fiancee went alone and met with Anthony Carvalho. He raved about Anthony's service, and noted his friendliness and helpfulness. The next day was Anthony's day off and he was still in constant communication with us as we finalized the deal throughout the day. We really appreciated his dedication, even though he had every right to ignore us on his day off. When we went later that night to pick up the car, Anthony was unable to meet us. Awan met us instead, and we were so happy with Awan's service. He was so hospitable and professional. He made the whole process so easy and we enjoyed his company and conversation as we signed all the paperwork and finalized everything. These two salesmen made ALL the difference for our experience, and we were so overjoyed to buy a car from them. The process was painless, and we feel we were treated fairly, with respect, and would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. Thank you Park Place Infiniti!!!
