  • We have been tenants for the past year, and we have had a great experience working with the Butler management team. They have responded promptly when we have had any apartment maintenance concerns, and have also acted quickly to address and fix our concerns. Everyone we have been in contact with, whether it be through email, in the building, or via phone has been kind and positive. We reside in Washington Plaza, and we are very pleased with our apartment. We have great lighting with a very modern feel. We enjoy the gym in the building and the laundry is convenient being on every floor. The entry system is also conveniently connected via cell phone. We have not had any concerns with mail or delivery of packages, and despite not much interaction with our neighbors, the tenants are overall friendly.
