| - I understand every place needs to do construction at some point. But this one is bad. They're basically asking customers not to return because you can't rely on finding anything there.
That's not my issue though and does not affect my rating.
The issue is when I reported something to an employee. He immediately went and notified the manager, who seemed to do nothing and not care. The issue was a woman walking around the store, picking up and handling foods, with her dog under her arm. Don't get me wrong, I'm not some puppy hater, I am a rescue volunteer, foster parent, and owner of 2 dogs, but I respect laws and believe others should too. It was bad when the customer service employees, didn't even say anything, and just talked within the 2 of them of "isn't it illegal" "oh well" . Yes. How much faith do you have in their controls when an employee doesn't even know that no animals can come into food preparation or storage establishments. As the couple were checking out, an employee (don't know status) went over, compimented how cute the puppy was, but said it's not allowed in the store. I understand you need to keep everyone happy. But a bit more committment to rules would make other shoppers (myself) feel better. Not waiting until she is done her groceries then going over and practically saying "hey next time no puppy but AWWWWWWW"
