I went in after first going to Walgreen's health clinic, being put on a steroid for major swelling and redness on the face, especially around my eyes. I was put on a steroid. Two days after I finished the steroid the rash returned. I went to urgent care this time and they put me on a second round of steroids and urged me to go to an allergist. I came here and the doctor was really nice. She wanted me to quit using all of my facial products and bag them up so that I could be tested for allergies to them. I ended up coming back to her two days after finishing the second round of steroids. She gave me a prescription for a third round of steroids and told me to schedule the allergy testing. I was impressed when the doctor herself called to check up on me over the weekend. I had to cancel my original appointments for allergy testing. I told them I'd call back to reschedule. They called and left a voicemail to remind me to reschedule. I called and left two voicemails in one day but received no call back. I called the next day and was placed on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up. I called back and the lady asked to place me on hold. I told her I was just on hold for twenty minutes so she connected me to voicemail and I left a third message. Somebody finally called me back and left a voicemail today, five days later, and now I have been on hold for THIRTY NINE MINUTES! Sooooo frustrating. Now that I am looking at the negative reviews for this place I am about to find a new allergist.
