  • Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because it can go for a renovation. However the food is definitely 5 stars, I've had so much bbq that I simply can't tolerate the mediocre stuff. Rollin smoke has it down, ribs were tender and had good flavor, as did the brisket. BBQ sauce is a HUGE deal to me, and theirs was just right, not too spicy, sweet, or acidic. Sides were perfect, I couldn't decide so I had greens, mac n cheese, beans and hush puppies. Everything was excellent, I really did appreciate the atmosphere, the fact that they pretty much just give you your food reminded me of the southern bbq culture. BBQ is not a fancy upscale experience where your given limited napkins, its fun and loose, they definitely have that down. I'll definitely make this a go to spot.
