  • Disappointing. Unfortunately I have to update my initial review. I have used this service several times over the years and the service you get is entirely dependent on who you handyman is. Initially I had handymen that did a great job in an efficient amount of time. Over the years I have been assigned handymen that stall the job out to get more money or are unable to perform what I have asked of them. My last experience was to hire a handyman to paint 2 shutters that were 2ft x 4ft. I was charged for nearly 3 hours of labor and he did not attempt the other items I requested. It should have taken 20 minutes, I would gladly pay an hour, but I literally paid him 2 hours to watch paint dry... It's unfortunate this was a great service when I started using them but I guess their quality control has really suffered.
