  • My second time using this company in 5 years, HIGHLY recommended. My AC broke down, 96 degrees inside, but hey I'm tough. 2 day wait (not unusual). Was told they would arrive between 8 and 10 a.m. At 7:30 got a call from Donavan saying he would be here at 8:00. Very professional! When he showed up I gave him the invoice from the last servicing, he said: "Yeah, that was me". Shortly thereafter, my a/c was running great. He also told me that my unit is old and in bad shape. I cannot express how impressed I was with his honesty and am pleased to recommend this company.
