My grandfather was admitted here, on the second night and when I came by to visit I noticed a bug crawling on his sheet and I take a closer look and it's a bed bug. So who knows how longs it's been there. It was right as shift change happened and my family and I notify the nurses and they all agreed that it's a bed bug, then they bring in a different employee not sure if she was with housekeeping / maintenance but she seen the bug and smashed it on the bed sheets. So then blood from the bug was on his sheets and all the employees were so calm and were taking their sweet time. I get it everything is a process but not until 10 minutes later we have to go up to a nurse and ask what's going to happen one of the nurses is like "OH WE MIGHT HAVE A BED BUG SITUATION".. like if it was nothing! I thought hospitals have to be kept and maintained clean for the sake of the patients and the facility. Just don't come here at all go to another HOSPITAL. Worst service ever!!
