Products are still 5-star, but service has really gone downhill!
Had an appointment at 2:20. I checked in at 2:00 and was told they're running about 20 mins behind (2:40).
Came back at 2:35 and the girl had NO RECORD of my checkin! She apologized and said it would be 10 minutes (2:45).
So I waited, and 20 minutes later I was talking with a tech who was also "finishing up" with another customer. The tech didn't get to me until 3:00 - 40 minutes late!
Fail.
