  • Worst service I've ever had at this tropical smoothie. I've been coming here for about 4 &1/2 years now and they always have new workers everytime Im in. There's no consistency. I get the same smoothie every single time so I know what it's supposed to taste like. This time it is clearly watered down and liquid-y as hell. When I told the lady making them that it didn't taste the same as it always does because of the watered down and thin consistency she says "want me to add more ice? That will make it thicker" like no, it's not ice I want.. I wanted a smoothie that actually tasted like a damn smoothie. I will NOT be coming back to this location. And now I've been waiting for my flat bread for 10 minutes. Keep in mind it's not busy at all!!!! The two ladies working finally realized I had still been waiting for my wrap and said "oh we thought this was for a call in order"..... I have no words. So terrible
