  • Oh how I love Charles Grayson....Let me count the ways: 1. Super friendly staff. Every time I call to make an appointment, the person on the phone is a delight and makes me smile. I can easily crack jokes with them over the phone and can actually get them to giggle. Love that. They are also very helpful once you arrive. My first time there, I walked in and had deer-in-headlight-eyes because I didn't know where to go. Nevertheless...they told me and all was right again! 2. Ubber cute set up down stairs at the front around the register/check in area. It always smells yummy in there. 3. Kathleen. She's my fave. She makes me feel extremely comfortable when I go in for my wax session. We laugh...we cry...I try not to kick her...we're Bff's. She's just awesome. This salon is great. They have all kinds of spa services and they make you feel right at home. The prices are in my opinion very reasonable. Great location, and close to my house. I heart this salon...and will go here for my waxing needs all the time.
