| - Food: 4 stars - the "Perfect" burger was perfect, perfectly cooked, house-made pickles were awesome, and they have organic ketchup (rare!); sweet potato fries were terrific too (though the ones at Rockit in Chicago are a bit better).
Atmosphere: 3 stars - think lounge @ Mondrion in Scottsdale meets vixen cowboy, which could be cool but they lose stars b/c the booths are stupidly low vs. the table height, and oh, you might hurt your private parts trying to get in and out of the booths due to the carved wood frames that stick out above the nonexistent booth "cushions", so definitely be sure to ask to sit at a REAL table w/ chairs and save your manhood/womanhood
Service from Server: 2 stars - the restaurant wasn't busy (we sat just as they opened), but apparently our waiter was; but I can't be too mad b/c I don't think he was playing with a full deck
Service from Busser: 5 stars - once the food arrived, he never let any of our drinks go empty, condiments were already delivered prior to food arrival and friendly guy all around
Been a VIP at Red Rock a few times and hence I can say I've eaten at every restaurant on the resort except for the Mexican one (b/c I swear it's never open)...ever. But anyway, LBS is really the only one I'd actually recommend. Oh, and they have lots of options for non-beef (Turkey, Veggie, etc.) burgers as well.
