If I could give one star to the place I would. We came Friday night looking for a couple of costumes. The place was dirty, smelly and unorganized but we agreed it was late to find another place so we walked in. There was one viking hat with a braid at the side and I tried it on. When I was trying to fix it in my head one of the braids came lose, I pointed it to one of the attendants and continue our shopping. A second later the rudest woman walked in my back and said "I heard you are damaging our stuff, you have to pay for it" I explained her it fell apart while trying it and I didn't damage anything intentionally and she said "so you have to leave". Her name is Brianda. We are both engineers and we could pay the hat without any problem. But the way she talked to us! How she referred to us like criminals. And her attitude!
I'm sorry for a 2 dollars hat you lost more than a hundred dollars business. I will never come back to any Halloween City store. If they can't spend time in training their personnel in customer service, they don't deserve my money.
