  • Safelite came out and tried to fix a crack. Simple rock crack, had many similar fixed before. For some reason the tech said that it's didn't work and he caused the crack to spread left to right. I was told $700 to replace window. He said the fix is safe and safelite guarantees their work. Two weeks later the crack is spreading. So safelite said they will refund my money and apply it to a replacement window for $700. Thanks safelite, instead of fixing the crack you made it worse.
