  • Terrible. Needed 3 people to authorize me exchanging shoes I walked out w/yesterday in good faith they were in mint condition. When I got back to my hotel, the one was making a squeaking sound so I brought them back. It took one hour to get a resolution with the assistant manager there at the time. That's silly. They need a real manager there full time so that someone is authorized to make decisions for different situations that present themselves such as this one. Super disappointed. And a waste of precious time I could have spent with family. Thanks Steve Madden, for wasting my time. Won't be back to this location.
