  • Yes the flights are cheap. However know that in booking this "discount" airline there is 99% chance that your flight will be delayed and/or cancelled with zero apology, zero explanation, zero form of any sort of customer service, and zero compensation. By the time you've re-booked on an appropriate airline that has the intention of getting you to where you need to go, you've spent twice the time, energy and money. Allegiant operates with the sole purpose of making money off of cancelled flights, and because they are so cheap, they proudly tell you "well you get what you pay for" without any form of remorse. I have countless horror stories, from 3-4 hour delays, cancellations, violent desk agents and foul mouthed flight attendants - I'm so relieved to know that my days of being tortured through a flight are over. I will NEVER trust this airline or anyone who works for or associates themselves with them in any way. I'm embarrassed to say that I knew what I was getting myself into every time I booked an Allegiant flight, and I'm ashamed I gave them a chance. They laughed the whole way to the bank. Not anymore. Don't be me - DO NOT GIVE THEM A CHANCE.
