  • Having to get a new cellphone has always been a pain... Until I went to the Verizon store off of Camelback rd. I went on a Saturday afternoon and didn't even have to wait to be helped. Selena is an employee there and I wanted to give her props for her awesome customer service! She was friendly, helpful and got my new phone set up for me right away. She even remembered me when I came back 2 weeks later.
