I thought it was a great idea that you could pre-register for your room online and they would text you when your room was ready. Your keys would be at the "key and mail" line so you could literally bypass the regular registration line (the line is usually super long). Only problem is, there are only a few clerks working in this area, so the regular check-in line turns out to be a lot faster. I noticed that NONE of the registration clerks smile. They look miserable and unhappy. After waiting quite a LONG time to get our keys, my husband and I were finally able to go to our room. Room was ok, but the safe in the room was locked. We called the front desk, waited for 30 minutes, and still no one came to open it. After a few more calls, security finally showed up with the maintenance guy. No apologies for the inconvenience. Security guy was an a##hole. Not friendly at all. Does anyone here like their job or ever smile and pretend to look happy doing their job?? Probably won't be back. Rather pay a little more and see smiling faces around me!
