It was all good until just a few hours ago. This was my third visit here. The first time, I dropped off blouses. They came back fine. The second time, I dropped off wool sweaters that had to be dry cleaned because wool shrinkage is a bad feeling. Both times, no problems. So I felt comfortable taking things that actually NEEDED cleaning, meaning there was visible dirt. BIG MISTAKE. Two dresses and both came back in worse condition than I left them in. One had makeup on ONE shoulder that needed TLC. The makeup was still there AND there was a spot of something on the other shoulder. However, that's not what nearly brought me to tears. One of my favorite dresses was turned in with out any problems. Just needed to be refreshened after wearing. Now, the white part is stained and the white is a beige. Noticeably NOT the same color as the bottom. It's one thing for a dry cleaner to not clean your clothes, but to make them WORSE is terrible. I am distraught and I will never bring anything that needs to be cleaned here again. This discovery was made after I got home and I did not take it back because they took one of my favorite dresses and KILLED it. You don't want a gift card from a place that gives you food poisoning. I'll go to a real dry cleaner that cleans in house to see if it can be remedied. Remember, you get what you pay for. Do not DARE bring anything nice here. BEWARE.
