It's probably closer to a 4, but the bed pushes it to a 5 for me. I don't know what it would actually feel like to sleep on a cloud, I can only assume this.
If you need to stay near the airport, this is your spot. It's pretty affordable. You can get on the airport train/tram and it drops here. So convenient. My room was clean. Your lights will only work if you insert your room key. I love hotels that have full size toiletry products in their bathrooms. Again, the bed. I think I took two naps one day because it's that damn comfy. Keurig coffee maker in the room.
Free wifi. Small gym/fitness room. There is a full service bar. Happy hour from 5-7pm. One downside, no restaurant or room service. Instead, there's a 24-hour counter with a range of ready-to-eat options. You can heat them up all right there using microwaves, sandwich presses, etc. I had the turkey bolegnese for lunch one day. It was pretty decent. It's a hotel, so of course everything is probably a little overpriced for what it is.
Friendly staff. Bartender was great (I ended up having drinks each night before turning in). I would definitely stay here again.
