| - We gave them one more chance because of their special, which they solicited. NEVER AGAIN. I returned their call the day of. I was told by Sherry, with an attitude, that since I did not answer my phone, they sent the tech to another job. I asked her if he was going to show up after that job. She said she did not know - we'll see. I said I did not understand because we had an appointment and we were given a 2 - 5 window. She got extra nasty at this point and mouthed off, leaving me stunned. Then her manager came on the phone - Amanda or something like that who also had an attitude. She said the appointment was only tentative, based on whether they could reach me. That was NOT how the appointment was set. However, I told her that I have a very specific message on my phone that if your message needs to reach me timely, do not leave a message - phone me back. They did not seem to care. Sherry answers the phone as though she is some angel here from heaven. Do not be fooled and do not waste your time with these people. The tech never showed up, despite my phone call at around 5:15 asking if someone was going to show up. I was told yes but, as of almost 6 p.m., nobody is here. Nobody ever showed up and they did not call to reschedule either. I would give them zero stars if I could. My phone was handy and with me. They did not call again and they never left a message. I don't care for how they do business. They don't care about the customers and they seem to have bad attitudes too.
