  • What a great location for a Chapters! The building with such a wow factor and interesting layout including the staircase that goes up over Chapters to the theatre above, very cool! The bookstore itself is always busting with people with the corner location gathering light and pulling people in from around the area. NFB is across the street along with tons of vibrant street activity and restaurants. The Starbucks on the second floor is integrated thoughtfully with Chapters as it's sandwiched between the third floor with the kids area and the main floor. The magazine area at the back of the main floor has a wide selection. The only head-scratcher is the checkout area which is efficient, yet is counter-intuiative with the lineup starting at the far end as you round the corner from the stairway or magazine section.
