  • This is my favorite EOS gym location! It's always clean, the staff and personal trainers are always polite and ready to help, and the vibe of the people that frequent it is always positive. When this gym opened in October, I signed up for personal training sessions with Orsbon Hawkins lll with my friend Amanda (they had a four month contract for the price of $69 for every two sessions with the trainer). We would go once a week, and Orsbon was incredibly accommodating and willing to work with our schedule. Charlie the fitness manager was super helpful when we were first signing up, because Amanda and I wanted to do our personal training together, and he found a personal trainer who was willing to make that happen for us. Orsbon is a great trainer- he will work you out exactly how you want to be worked out. You want to do cardio? Great, he'll get you to do cardio. You want to get still? He knows what to show you. Amanda and I really wanted to learn How to work out, as in we wanted to learn the machines in the gym, how they work, what they work out, and how to set them to us, while also learning good circuit routines. Orsbon helped us tremendously with that, and he didn't take any crap. EOS itself has a really welcoming feel, at least that's how I feel. It's my favorite gym that I've ever been a a part of, because it caters to people of all shapes, sizes, and walks of life. I feel comfortable being there, and that's really important for my work out and for my own training confidence. If you have never been, go take a tour because you need to know about the cardio theater- they literally have a huge screen where they show movies 24/7, and it's fantastic if you want to bike, stairclimb, or treadmill while watching a good movie. For $20, I feel like this gym is Well worth it! Things to know about this gym: -if you want to use the lockers, bring your own lock -they have a swimsuit dryer if you want to swim but don't want to being home a soaking wet suit -They charge your card automatically every month -EOS offers fitness classes (yoga, Zumba, etc) included in the cost of most memberships (not the $10 a month plan I think, but every other one) -you are required to bring a small towel with you every time you work out -you can check in with the EOS app on your phone if you lose your little tag card a million times like I do
