  • My friend and I went to sugar me wax on two separate occasions the first time we went there our appointment was pushed back because one of her other clients was late and showing up however the experience was good we felt like Laney did a really good job and the atmosphere was very comfortable. She stated that the next time we came to visit her that she would give us a $15 credit to either Starbucks or Victoria's Secret. She also said that if we left her a five star review on yelp we would get a free eyebrow waxing the next time we came in. The second time we went to visit her for a Brazilian wax we were informed that we had to wait because one of her clients was running late again. Layne spent approximately 10 minutes on each of us for waxes unfortunately a lot of hair was left and not removed. She seemed rushed. We also did not receive a $15 credit or the free Eyebrow waxing that we were promised. All in all our first experience with her was pretty good but based on our second visit we will not be seeing her again. unfortunately this just means that you cannot trust all of the five star reviews.
