  • Everytime I go to this location and need assistance inside I have to wait an unacceptable period of time. I am in the tellers line now with 8 other people with just two tellers. However we have a person standing in front of us directing when the next teller(2) is available.....really!! Did I mention that they are 3 other people inside the tellers cage just milling around. It has been now 10 minutes and I am still waiting. The person standing to direct us to the two tellers FINALLY takes it upon herself to go into the tellers area to open a window up... now we have 12 people waiting. I finally get to a teller to get $450 in cash. He proceeds to tell me that he has no cash at his station so he will have to go to the drive up window teller to have her process my withdrawal request. Are you kidding me!!! Why open up a teller who has no cash in the till? So he stands there for another 5 minutes waiting for her to finish up with the drive up customers. He finally returns with my cash after a few more minutes. A total of 15+ minutes to get my withdrawal. Ridiculous. I am so done with this bank!!!
