If you are thinking of using this bank to finance your home. Here is a scenario you may want to consider. Wells Fargo has no understanding of how the real estate business works. The loan documents are to be to the title company 3 days prior to the close of escrow. This is per the AAR purchase contract. The documents were not there by the date of the closing. Which is 3 days late. The reason? Wells sent a document for verification that was filled out incorrectly. It's understandable for something like that to happen once. However in this situation it happened 4 times. Since this is there business it seems they should have staff who know how to fill out a document correctly. I can't urge people strongly enough to stay away from this company.
