  • Pretty annoyed... came here 4 weeks ago and loved my appointment and my waxer so I made an appointment to come back for a lot more services... well since I did not have a yelp account I did not get the exfoliating lotion like my friend got I said I didn't have a yelp account so I would be more prepared next time :) well I came for my appointment and my appointment was cancelled!!! They said because I did not confirmed. She said it's because we will charge you if u don't show... I said I remember signing a paper stating that not one that said your appointment would be cancelled if they could not confirm. She was able to squeeze me in but with a different waxer... when I told her I had a yelp coupon and showed it to her for her to "redeem" she said it was already used and could not give me another sample exfoliating body wash. I tried to explain I had literally just joined yelp and even showed her the welcome to "yelp" email and she said there was nothing she could do. I was really irritated because I signed up for yelp for no reason except to now write this review. Secondly my waxer was much rougher then the awesome Angela and I'm actually gonna call in the morning because there is still hair left and I was.told after my second waxing the result would be much better not worse! I literally waxed hours ago and it looks like I shaved 2 days ago... this was not the issue with my first wax appointment. I really hope this was a fluke visit and when I return it will be a much better experience! Besides everything the staff looked extremely irritated and I even heard a waxer complain rather loud that her customer had a $10 off coupon.... I hope my next visit will reflect the first not this second one otherwise I'm going to look for somewhere else.
