  • Seriously underrated restaurant in Montreal. The food is always seasonal, impeccably executed and beautiful. If you work in the area and are usually at a loss of where to have a great lunch, Bouillon Bilk is a fantastic option. Only con: ambiance is lacking a bit. It's quite cold and modern looking, which may turn some people off this restaurant for specific occasions. However, if that wouldn't bother you, this is a top pick.
