  • Buying the furniture was nothing special but not bad. The delivery process however was a nightmare! We ended up waiting ALL day for the furniture delivery, which is not in itself unexpected but when given an 8 hour window and then have the delivery come an hour after that window is frustrating especially since we kept calling to check on the delivery progress and kept being told another 30 minutes. To make it worse, an item was missing from the delivery so we had to wait another week for it to be in stock and lost another day waiting for one item that took them 10 minutes to set up. Do not buy from here! Their prices may be reasonable but their Customer service, if you are lucky to talk to a live person, is the worst I've ever experienced!
