  • It's a long wait so going to write a review to kill time! Will post when I leave. Trying to return equipment. It's going to be at least an 45 minutes as it's already been 30 minutes and the crowd is not shrinking. Pros- * super nice staff. I can hear them greeting everyone. * lots of parking * TV screen of who is next to be helped. * clean * I am listening then be super helpful Cons- * tried to call and see if there was a wait. The voice prompt says press star for the directory. Press star and it says no directory. Called again and it says press operator for help. Pressed operator but said it was an invalid extension. There is no way to call the store which is probably what they want * long wait. I'm guessing an hour All in all 45 minute wait. I was helped by Chris who was very nice. He saw me holding a baby and trying to grab the equipment and he rushed over to help me out. He was very fast and made sure I was all set. It's a quick process. Maybe one person dedicated to returns or a self return kiosk? They did ask if I wanted to drop my boxes and leave but I prefer proof I dropped it off. They should find a better way as there are very few stores in the area Great team just long waits.
