  • I love White House, Black Market. It is my favorite store, but not this location. I received a $20 coupon off of $20. I go to buy some tights from the cashier Madison, who looked like she wanted to be anywhere else but at work that day. She told me I couldn't get them with the coupon because they were buy one, get one half off. I asked her to ring them up at regular price and she looked at me like a deer in headlights. I then asked her again and she said she couldn't. I asked her manager to override this and JJ came and said they couldn't do this. So I asked Madison what was around $20 that wasn't on sale and instead of coming out from behind the register to help me, she said, "We probably have some jewelry over there" and begrudgingly pointed to the jewelry. I have spent thousands of dollars at WHBM over the years and this is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. It might be time to find a new favorite.
