I called pretty late in the day, maybe 10 or 11pm and Tim answered. He helped me schedule a service call the next day. Tenant said furnace was blowing cool air. Chris came the next day and plugged some module on the board in and out and did some testing. He said we can change out the board or see if fix worked. I waited a while before submitting my review and so far no problems reported. There was no pressure to change the board and I appreciate that there was no charge for this simple fix. I will definitely give them a call back should the furnace go down to get the board replaced. It is pretty refreshing to find a company that cares about client relationships instead of just the bucks. Give this company a call. You won't be sorry. My experience was review worthy!
