  • I would not recommend Alex if you decide to come to this salon. She cut my hair way shorter than I asked for, which would have been ok, but her technique seemed to be lacking. She even admitted halfway through that it was looking 'lopsided' which made me very nervous. When I got home I agreed it was still lopsided and returned to have it fixed. She said she understood my concern but continued to hack away until I finally just left in order to preserve what hair I had left. One side was much shorter and more layered than the other. I pointed this out several times but she didn't seem to really understand. She is a very sweet girl but this is still affecting me many weeks later and really bothers me. I have had to wait until it grows out to have it fixed so I don't have reallyyyy short hair. Such a bummer.
