The front desk attendant, Vivian, was awful, she had a horrible attitude. After a 10 hour long car ride.. All I wanted was to check in to my room and relax. Understandable that the room wasn't ready for check in early but she has an attitude bc I needed to wait and there were apparently a lot of other people that also needed to wait as though that was my problem. Then when we returned she continued to have a sour attitude which I did not appreciate.
They need to have people at the front with a better attitude that actually care about their job or can fake it until they make it.
For a hotel called quality hotels and suites, the quality of the customer service here was beyond sub par. I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone, don't waste your time. Find a place that will care to help you check in to your room and get you situated.
