| - We spent an hour in the store with a sales rep, she was very nice, kept saying all top of the line furniture. We finally purchased a love seat and a rocker recliner. The rocker squeaks whenever you move and the right side of the love seat when set to recline the arm moves up yet not on the other side. The cover that connects to the back by velcro to hide the inside of the loveseat does not fit or stay attached. Went back to the store and they said because we did not purchase the extended warranty we would have to call repair service ( who do NOT answer the phone), so I sent a contact message, not once but twice, no response. The sales person neglected to say the cost of the additional warranty until she rang up the sale, when questioned she said we had to pay $295.00 for it yet in the spiel to sell no mention of cost or that we had to pay for it. Long story short as possible is their furniture Is not top quality, they do not even back up their service. I was on hold 45 minutes for repair service, hung up and called just customer service, she said she would stay on the line with me until she had to hang up because she had other calls. Never got to leave a message so wrote to contact us where we still have heard from no one. We received at least six calls after purchase for leaving a review and we did not respond because we wanted to see how repair service was going to do. Well guess what folks, glad I did not give a response to those calls because the furniture (we guess) is not going to be repaired, we had it less than two weeks when noticing the issues because we just moved her. Will be doing my shopping elsewhere and advise anyone purchasing to ask what their extended warranty calls, not what they say "we provide additional warranty for three years". There was never a mention of cost. Thought was a goodwill thing with the store. Policy in store is "They do not assist you!" Great place to waste money.
