  • I picked up an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday, but the cake was mislabeled, so I ended up with a very disappointed birthday girl with the wrong flavor cake. What made it worse was that they would not give me any credit/refund whatsoever unless I brought the uneaten portion back to them. There was no uneaten portion, so I was out of luck. I'm never going back here.
