  • Wow. Best ramen in Vegas? Yes! Kind of a hole in the wall so don't expect cloth napkins. But the chopsticks are plentiful and everything is clean. In fact, part of the charm is the open kitchen, separated by a half-wall from the counter and tables. Really cool thing, if you run out of noodles and still have broth you can get more fresh noodles. I'm a pretty big eater and I didn't need any extra, but I can see the appeal for someone who doesn't want to drink a bunch of broth to end their meal.
