| - This was on my to-do list thanks to Yelp. Based on the pictures I'd seen, I knew I had to make my way to this establishment. This restaurant is located in the Cosmopolitan Hotel mall area. It also afforded me the chance to check it out, and I was impressed. The ambiance and atmosphere of both the restaurant and hotel are hip, modern, trendy, and fun.
To my relief (and something I've noticed is not somewhat uncommon in Vegas thankfully), there was no wait upon entering at around 4.30 (albeit it was a week night). The service started a little slow but improved throughout the meal. It didn't take too long to receive our meals, which also pleased me.
I ordered the salad and added grilled chicken to it. Was it ordinary? Yes. There was nothing remarkable about it, nor did it have any ingredients I didn't have at home. But it suited me for my health-conscious habits, whereas other places may not offer something so simple. Additionally, the grilled chicken tasted decent enough.
My friend really enjoyed the burger, and I admit it did look to be of good quality.
Another nice touch is the popcorn provided once you are seated-always nice to have a nibble food while you wait for your meal.
Check out my pics of the bathroom-very trendy indeed. There is only one stall (which while nice and private, I imagine runs into a problem if the restaurant is rather crowded).
Three stars because while the atmosphere was great, this didn't offer stand-out food. It hit the spot for what it was worth, and I'm glad I tried it. There was nothing remarkable though, and for me it's a one and done type of place. Tried it and on to the next one, but I wish them the best. Moooo (for the cool cow statue).
