  • Discriminatory. I stood at the podium waiting to be acknowledged for 10 minutes. Staff and management looked at me standing there, but would not acknowledge my presence. When I was finally approached (not greeted) by someone who looked like a manager, I asked him if anyone saw me standing there, he said, "How can I help you?" Never will set foot in this place again...took me back to the 60's. Rudeness, exclusion and discrimination at its best!
