Love comin' to Harlow's!
My favorite dishes are the Cisco (french toast, eggs, bacon/sausage) and Pancho (same thing except pancakes instead). Both are served super fast, taste great with their never burnt coffee, and is not way too much food--the perfect amount after a long Friday night (they even sell Gatorade for after those really, really long nights).
Parking is right out front and along the side of the building (non-covered) up against a Circle K on the corner of Hardy and University. Although the place is usually packed on weekend mornings, finding a spot isn't too tough.
The building itself reminds of what I would imagine Tempe was like before all of the modern infrastructure was built (i.e. huge ASU apartment buildings, stadium, probably anything built past early 90's) which is pretty cool. I feel cozy here when I eat which is not really a feeling I get at other places like nCounter (which is still an excellent place in its own regard).
