  • Amber never returns phone calls and she definitely lashes out at families if you go to her supervisor. This has been a 7 month nightmare and my child was denied after over 20 voicemails not returned, and a fabulous shadow day. He was there and there were no complaints. He was supposed to enroll full time about three weeks later. But Amber was angry at me so my child suffered.
