  • This is my neighborhood Albertson's and I love the service and most important the QUALITY of the produce. I recently placed an online order for 2 medium party trays for my 5 year old niece's Tea Party birthday. On the day and time of pick up, that I selected online, I spoke with the deli worker and came to find out that the deli department never received my online order! I had a panic attack. The party was in 3 hours and I have no food. Then Karrin (the party tray maker) comes up to me and says, "Don't you worry one bit! I'll make your trays for you right now. We'll get them done." Karrin stopped everything that she was doing and made my trays right then. I came back 2 hours later and both trays were pristine to say the least! I lost my receipt that day so I couldn't do the Albertson's survey for Karrin so I hope the director Ron Smith can read this review and gives Karrin in the deli the recognition she so deserves. I promised Karrin that I would do the survey and this is the best way I can express my gratitude.
