Beware!!! This dental office will give you a "estimate of services" and then send you a bill to pay when what they "estimate" was incorrect. My insurance which is a large widely used national insurance plan does not allow a evaluation appointment and the work to be performed in the same visit. They will deny the evaluation appointment. This dentist office should know this as many people have this coverage. However, they performed both of these services in the same visit and when they insurance company denied it to the tune of $72.20 they are telling me that it is my responsibility to pay. DO NOT trust their billing estimates, you will be in for a shock a few months later when you get a bill from them because their billing person is not able to know their policies or how to ask questions. Errors on Coast Dental's part in their mind equals to them telling me I signed that it was a estimate and will be charged for anything denied. Yes they are right I did do this. But for something that should be a knows denial they should know this limitation and give me the option of having the work split in two days. They are taking ZERO responsibility and my back is against the wall.
