Hidden in a large but rather dead plaza, Sekai is never very busy. For this reason, I enjoy the relaxing and quiet experience. The servers are always very nice too. They have some good-priced noodle dishes which I've only tried the curry udon and it was decent. Tonight we came early and got excited when we realized there was happy hour. Too bad the happy hour menu turned out to have very few rolls and none were good ones. I ordered mostly basic rolls from the regular menu - yellowtail roll, spicy scallops roll, octopus roll, and spicy tuna roll. The yellowtail was the best and the fish tasted fresh and so naturally buttery. I was excited they had an octopus roll. Don't think I've seen other places offer that in roll form. My husband ordered a special roll (don't remember name) but it had spicy tuna inside and seared salmon on top with mayo, eel sauce, masago, and onions. It was pretty good and very soft (in a good way). Overall, a good close by place for us to enjoy a quiet night out.
