  • Customer Service at this location is horrible. In general, cashier's are not friendly and are often preoccupied with talking to other staff or using a cell phone. During one visit I stood at the register several minutes without being acknowledged or helped. On this visit to the pharmacy, the individual that took the info for the prescription I was dropping off was NOT knowledgeable or able to navigate the system to input the order. After getting help from another pharmacy staffer, she had rude, negative comments about her "trainer" I was told the wait would be 45min. because they had "a lot going on" After waiting over an hour the cashier walked by for break and said, "oh you still waiting? Man, that's messed up, I'm not even gonna say anything" and walked away. I won't return to this location and suggest others going to the location a short distance away on Central or better yet, CVS on 24th Street and Thomas.
