  • When my husband and I decided to move from Orange County, CA to Gold Canyon, AZ, we chose the Hill Group upon a recommendation from friends who used them to move to Gold Canyon from San Francisco. It was 100% the right choice. I was selling my family home and Doug and Kirsten just happened to be out where we lived when we called them. We met them there, and a few days later, we were in Gold Canyon looking at homes hand picked by Doug and Kirsten with Steven James. We had some extremely specific things that we were looking for. After viewing home after home, all VERY nice but not quite hitting all our marks for a fitting work space, we found the perfect place. Steven, Kirsten, and Doug were then with us every single step of the way. We had a difficult road. When we put our home up for sale with the house we wanted in contingency, our buyer under contract strung us out until the last possible second and then did some highly unethical things so we ended that contract and had to list our home once more. Meanwhile, we did not want to lose the perfect home for us, so the Hill Group negotiated a lease on the home we were buying while ours sold, and were the most professional mediators I have ever seen with the realtor and owner of the home we were buying, and working with our realtor in California. It all ended extremely well with all parties involved happy. They sailed right through upcoming closing dates that had to be pushed up time after time. I cannot say enough good things about Steven James, and Doug and Kirsten Hill. They made the most stressful time of my life not only bearable but I never had to stress more than a few minutes until I could sleep well at night knowing that it was doable and done. Even after business hours, they were always there for us. We came out on the other side of all of it calling these people friends. I have so much gratitude for every single thing they did for us. If you are looking for a realtor who knows every last crossed T and dotted I of the business, and who are amazing people to boot, look no further. You can rest easy knowing that you are in the best hands.
