We planned a trip from California for the holiday weekend to Pleasant lake. We rented a Hotel, reserved a boat and paid in full. The afternoon before the day we were to be on the lake, I received an email from them saying the boat had broken down and that they had no other boats. I called them, but never received a call back. Luckily I checked my email that day so we didn't waster our time going to the lake. We had already traveled to Arizona. We had to cancel our hotel. Still have not received a full refund.
